USC finally played up to its reputation and Dwayne Jarrett showed why a lot of people at the beginning of the season thought that he might be a Heisman contender. None the less, this weekend saw some great things happening with the Trojans. Dwayne Jarrett was obviously the best and then CJ Gable did a great rushing job. Booty is also distributing the ball well, it would have been even more fun had Steve Smith caught a great TD pass.
Though Heisman seems to be locked with Troy Smith right now, the game against Notre Dame proved that the Trojan horse is picking up steam. And the good thing is that the defence is consistently playing well. By the way, I have this to say to Notre Dame. You truly deserve your current rank of 12, you should rather have lost to Michigan State and UCLA as well. You stink, just too over hyped...all words, no substance.
